Brittany has a passion for helping her clientele develop stronger connections between mind and body throughout her massage treatments. With the belief that our bodies are instruments that reflect our life experiences, Brittany places importance in slowing down and learning to listen to what our bodies have to say.

With this in mind, and at heart, Brittany enters each treatment session with an intention to address and tend to chronic or acute pains and dysfunctions that may be limiting her client's quality of life and causing any signs of dis-ease.

Treatment techniques often utilized by Brittany include traditional Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization techniques, and craniosacral therapy. She also loves to incorporate traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi techniques into her massages to increase circulation and deepen relaxation.
